Description
The Karnage Welder is a self-contained, battery powered portable flux core wire feed welder. You can weld with .030 and .035 wire. You will typically get about 15 minutes of trigger time, approximately a 60 inch bead depending on wire speed and other factors.
Features:
- Included is a NOCO Genius5 5A 100/240V smart charger with the X-Connect male cigarette lighter plug. Â This charger will properly charge your internal AGM batteries and helps maintain your welder’s batteries after each use.
- Internal batteries for quick and easy set up, no removing your vehicle’s batteries to weld.
- Standard wire feed style torch, get into those tight spaces with ease. Â Standard Tweco style tips available from most every welding supply store.
- Fully portable. Â Open the lid, flip the switch and start welding. No pulling batteries.
- Kold Tip circuit means no unintentional arcing and easy staging for the perfect repair.
- Circuit breakers to prevent internal damage.
- The Karnage Welder comes to you fully charged and ready to weld with a 2 Lb. spool of .030 flux core wire.

- Need to charge in your vehicle or camper? Â Add on the 200W inverter and use your NOCO charger wherever you go to charge your welder on the go. Â The inverter also includes USB charging ports to charge your important gadgets.
- Consumables; Each welder comes loaded and ready to weld and 2 additional spare .030 tips. Â This spare consumable kit comes with 20 tips, 2 tip holders and a spare nozzle cover to keep you going for a long long time. Â Do a lot of welding? Â Upgrade to the Consumable Carrier which comes fully loaded with 20 tips, 2 tip holders, 1 shields, and 2 2lb spools of wire. Â And for your welding goggles this kit includes 10 goggle lens covers and 2 2450 batteries all in a convent, secure, sealed waterproof kit.
- Karnage Kables; If your internal batteries become depleted and you still have more welding to do you can connect two external batteries. Â Handy if you really have a big repair or multiple repairs.
- Karnage Kage; Secure your welder in your rig from damage and theft with the Karnage Kage. Â Bolt or weld it in place and lock it up.
- Auto Darkening Goggles w/mask are light weight and small enough to store in your glove box or welding tool kit. Â Auto darkening with weld, cut and grinding modes. Â Always remember to use proper PPE when welding!
- Optional Accessories;
- 14″ leather gloves that keep the heat away from hands. Â Always remember to use proper PPE when welding!
- 6 in 1 multi use welding pliers & wire brush. Â Basically the tools you need to maintain your welding in the field!
- Extra Spool; Â One spool typically lasts a half dozen or so full charge cycles but your never know when your gonna run out. Â Always a good idea to carry a spare just in case.

Quick start guide:
- Open the case
- Pull out the torch and ground
- Connect ground to work surface near where you are welding
- Flip switch to UP position (LED Volt meter will light up)
- Loosen the spool brake (we tighten it down so the spool does not unwind when in transport)
- Set wire speed
- WELD!
